FromSupply Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to FromSupply! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FromSupply marketplace, which offers both digital products (such as apps, websites, cheat codes, and subscription services) and, in the future, physical products and trade services (including food packaging, vending machines, etc.). FromSupply operates in Canada and Nigeria, and by using our platform you agree to these Terms. We comply with applicable laws in our operating jurisdictions and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights provided by Canadian or Nigerian law. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use FromSupply.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
To use the FromSupply marketplace, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must be the age of majority in your province/territory or state (or at least 18 years old) to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you are eligible to do so and that you will use the platform in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3. Products and Services
FromSupply provides access to various products and services: digital goods (e.g. software, cheat codes, subscription-based services) and eventually physical goods and trade services. All products, whether digital or physical, are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to add new features, categories, or services and to establish specific terms or fees for certain products (we will provide notice if such specific terms apply). The use of any digital content purchased is for your personal, lawful use only. Unauthorized resale or distribution of content obtained from FromSupply is prohibited.
4. Fees, Payment, and Billing
When you make a purchase on FromSupply, you agree to pay all specified fees and charges. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may exclude taxes (any required taxes will be added at checkout according to your location). Billing is handled exclusively via our support center. This means that any special billing arrangements, inquiries, or issues (including payment disputes or changes to your payment method) must be addressed by contacting FromSupply’s support team through the official support channels. We currently accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. You must provide valid payment information, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for any purchases or subscription fees. If a payment fails or is not processed, we may suspend or cancel your access to the product or service.
5. Subscription Terms
Some of FromSupply’s digital services are offered on a subscription basis (for example, recurring monthly or annual services). By subscribing, you understand and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g. monthly or yearly) unless you cancel in accordance with these Terms. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. This means you will continue to have access to the subscription service until the current paid period ends, and the cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a mid-cycle refund. Users must cancel subscriptions on or before the last day of their current access period to avoid further billing. If you do not cancel by the last day, the subscription will renew and you will be charged for the next cycle. We will provide methods to cancel via the support center).
If you received a free trial or promotional subscription (for example, via a referral or special promotion), you will not be charged during the trial period. However, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged when the trial converts to a paid subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial period lapses and a charge is processed, that initial charge will be subject to our refund policy (see Section 6 below) – specifically, refunds in such cases are only possible at FromSupply’s discretion.
6. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your experience, but we also have certain guidelines on refunds due to the nature of our products. All refund and cancellation decisions are ultimately made at FromSupply’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. In general, our refund policy is as follows:
- 30-Day Refund Window: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you are unsatisfied with a product or service, you have up to 30 Gregorian calendar days from purchase to request a refund. Within this period, we may issue a refund upon review of your case.
- No Refunds After 30 Days: We will not issue refunds for any requests made more than 30 days after purchase. After the 30-day window has passed, all sales are considered final. Late cancellation of a service (beyond one month from purchase or renewal) will not be eligible for a refund.
- Subscription Cancellations: As noted in Section 5, if you cancel a subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle and we do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days in the current cycle. Once a subscription charge has been processed for a given cycle, that amount is generally non-refundable (except in the case of timely cancellation within 30 days of a first-time charge, as may be granted at our discretion).
- Upgrades and Tier Changes: If you choose to upgrade a product or service after you have already reached the maximum purchase tier or level for that offering, any fees paid for such upgrades are non-refundable. (For example, if the service has a maximum tier and you have utilized full value up to that tier, additional upgrade purchases beyond that may not be refundable.) We encourage you to review upgrade details carefully before purchase.
- Cheat Code Purchases: All purchases of cheat codes or similar digital unlocks are strictly non-refundable. Due to the nature of cheat codes (immediate access to digital information that cannot be returned), once a cheat code is delivered or accessed, the sale is final. Please be sure you are purchasing the correct item before confirmation.
- Free Trials and Promotions: If you were given a free trial via referral or promotion and you did not cancel before the trial ended, resulting in a charge, you generally will not be entitled to an automatic refund of that charge. However, you may contact our support center to request consideration. Refunds for charges arising from free trial conversions are at the owner’s (FromSupply’s) discretion and are not guaranteed. To be eligible even for consideration of such a refund, you should cancel immediately after the charge (indicating you did not intend to continue), and even then, any refund is a courtesy and not an obligation.
- Owner’s Discretion: All refund decisions are ultimately made by FromSupply’s owner/management. Meeting the criteria above (such as being within 30 days) does not guarantee a refund, especially if we suspect abuse of the policy or other extenuating circumstances. We reserve the right to deny a refund request even if it falls within the general guidelines, in accordance with applicable law. Conversely, we may make exceptions to the policy on a case-by-case basis in our sole discretion (for example, extended refunds for certain special circumstances), but these are one-time and do not set a precedent.
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, you must contact FromSupply’s support center (through the official support email or portal) with your order details and the reason for the request. Our billing team (available via the support center) is the only channel authorized to handle refunds. We will review your request and inform you of the outcome. Please allow some time for processing. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
7. Security and Cyberattacks
FromSupply takes security seriously and implements reasonable measures to protect our platform and your information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that any platform, no matter how secure, can potentially be subject to cyberattacks or data breaches. In the unfortunate event of a cyberattack on the FromSupply platform, we will work diligently to mitigate the issue and protect our users, but FromSupply is not liable for any loss or unauthorized access resulting from such an attack. In particular, FromSupply holds no liability for issuing refunds or compensations due to a cyber incident beyond what is outlined in our Refund Policy (Section 6).
Furthermore, please note that for certain digital resources or services on FromSupply, a free method of obtaining “reserves” or equivalent content may exist (for example, we might offer free alternatives or promotions that provide similar benefits as paid content). Because such free options are available, if you voluntarily choose to provide your payment information and engage in a paid transaction instead, you assume the risks associated with that choice. FromSupply will not be held responsible for any breaches, unauthorized access to your payment data, or other consequences (financial or otherwise) arising from a cyberattack or data leak involving your information. Choosing to use paid services when free methods are available is entirely your decision, and you agree that FromSupply is not liable for any issues that may result from that decision.
Always safeguard your own account credentials and payment information. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account or a security breach, please contact our support center immediately.
8. User Conduct and Responsibilities
By using FromSupply, you agree to use the platform and all its products and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the platform. You shall not:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activities.
- Attempt to hack, destabilize, or disrupt the platform, or bypass any security measures.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the platform without permission.
- Post or transmit unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or infringing content.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access and potential legal consequences. You are responsible for any legal fees or losses incurred by FromSupply due to your breach (see Section 12, Indemnification).
9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on FromSupply (text, graphics, logos, software, etc.) are the property of FromSupply or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. The compilation of content is FromSupply's exclusive property.
Purchasing digital products grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use, subject to applicable EULAs. You do not gain ownership. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of FromSupply content is prohibited without explicit permission.
Trademarks and logos on FromSupply belong to FromSupply or third parties and may not be used without written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
FromSupply is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, FromSupply disclaims all warranties (express, implied, or statutory), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information or that defects will be corrected.
Your use of FromSupply is at your own risk. Material downloaded is accessed at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your device or data loss.
FromSupply makes no guarantees about the effectiveness or outcomes of digital products (e.g., cheat codes, software). Any advice or information does not create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FromSupply and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, revenue, data, or replacement costs) arising from your use or inability to use the platform or services, or from actions taken under these Terms (like account termination).
FromSupply is not liable for any physical, mental, or spiritual effects or harm claimed from using our platform or products. You use FromSupply voluntarily and at your own risk, waiving rights to hold us responsible for outcomes resulting from your voluntary actions (e.g., consequences of using a cheat code, participating in activities).
If FromSupply is found liable, our total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid to FromSupply in the last six (6) months, or CAD $100, whichever is greater. This limitation applies collectively. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations; our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FromSupply and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the platform/services, (b) your breach of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) claims that your actions caused harm to a third party. FromSupply reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of such matters at your expense, and you agree to cooperate. You will not settle any such matter without FromSupply's prior written consent.
13. Changes to These Terms
FromSupply may revise these Terms. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms on the platform with a new effective date and/or via service notice or email. Review these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the platform after changes become effective means you agree to the revised Terms. If you disagree, stop using FromSupply and cancel subscriptions.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as applicable. We comply with consumer protection laws in both jurisdictions. If you reside in Canada, Canadian law applies; if in Nigeria, Nigerian law applies. Contact us first to resolve disputes amicably. Legal claims must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or they are permanently barred (where permitted by law).
Jurisdiction for disputes will be determined by FromSupply based on the dispute's nature and your location, potentially in Canadian or Nigerian courts. Alternative dispute resolution (arbitration, mediation) may be agreed upon.
Local Law Provisions: Nothing here contravenes mandatory consumer rights or data protection laws. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified or severed, leaving the rest of the Terms effective.
15. No Waiver
FromSupply’s failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. Waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
16. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be eliminated or limited minimally, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Contact and Support (Terms)
For questions about these Terms or other support needs, contact FromSupply support via methods on our website (email, contact form). For billing/account issues, include your account email or order number.
